Wholesale Policy / FAQS

P R I C I N G   &   M I N I M U M S

  • MOQ is 1 piece, open packs are allowed. 
  • Please sell all current season (new) merchandise at 2x wholesale markup.
  • Sales or discounting merchandise is ok for off season products.

All buyers are reviewed to ensure fit and confirm that the shop is a legitimate business.  We obtain the right to deny applications or deactivate accounts if we find a shop is in violation of our policies.

Wholesale pricing is displayed when entering the pass code. All prices are listed in US dollars. 

S H I P P I N G

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • All in-stock products ship within 1-7 business days (typically they ship much quicker, but we ask you give us up to 7 business days).  Please allow longer shipping times during high volume seasonal times.
  • Preorder processing times will vary but can take from 2 - 12 weeks.  This will be disclosed in the product preorder description.
  • Processing times for personalized items can take up to an extra 7 days.
  • Orders received after 5PM EST are considered next business day purchases.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS, unless otherwise arranged by you; shipping is determined by weight.
  • Our shipping charges include a small fee to cover shipping supplies and handling costs.
  • An order may only be shipped to one location.
  • We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.
  • We are happy to drop ship if you put your customers information in the ship to name and address.

    H O U R S   O F   O P E R A T I O N

    • We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • We usually respond within 48 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. 
    • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. We may or may not approve accounts on the weekends.

    H O W   T O   P L A C E   A N   O R D E R

    • You must first submit a wholesale application here.
    • Upon approval as a wholesale customer, you will be e-mailed the website passcode which will give you access to wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website.

    We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal.

    C O U P O N /   D I S C O U N T   C O D E S

    Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins.

    R E T U R N S

    • We do not accept returns due the large amount of orders we receive and because of allergy/sanitation concerns.

    D E F E C T S   &   W R O N G   I T E M S

    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you find an item is defective or you were sent the wrong item or size (we're human and we do make mistakes, albeit very rarely), please send us an email within 7 days of receipt.

    Merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, if available. If the item is not available, a refund will be provided.
